愛してる=aishiteru (love u) informal
愛してます=aishitemasu( love u) formal
愛おしい = いとおしい ito oshii(lovely or sweet)

愛する=aisuru (verb love)
For expression the love at a man the lady must say=
“”aishiteru yo” (愛してるよ).
For expression the love at a lady the gentleman must say=
“aishiteru wa” (愛してるわ).
